today’s chat of “How to Workout After Quarantine”, I speak with Braydon Cadd, one of the senior coaches at Australian Strength Performance. He’s been a coach for 9 years and I met him personally in Hong Kong for the ASP Coach level 1 course with Ben Siong.

As gyms are now opening up, everyone has been so eager to get to the gym. However before we jump into full on beast mode, here are some tips to consider before we (yes myself included) start attempting to go hard at the gym.
